Beaver Ridge Assignment

Beaver Ridge Campground Cleanup and Gaga Pit Setup  

Saturday, June 8th Leave the Stake Center at 6:45am  Return home at approximately 1:00pm

• We need each  Ward in the Stake to provide at least 3 volunteers to help with the campground cleanup and Gaga Pit setup.  

• We will meet at the Stake Center at 6:45am. The drive is approximately 1:15 minutes.

• Each volunteer will need gloves, safety glasses, appropriate clothing, sunscreen, snacks and a lunch.  The camp supervisors will provide donuts and water.

• The tools and equipment that are needed are:

  • First Aid Kit, Chainsaws (with knowledgeable operators), Cordless Drills, Pole Saws, Hedge Trimmers & Pruning shears, Rakes and Shovels, Brooms, Wheelbarrows Weed Trimmers, and some Hand Tools to assemble tables, cordless drills with a #2 Phillips screwdriver bit will be used to secure the Gaga Pit Walls.

We currently have 2 volunteers - Jeff Bryan & Creed Wardrop. Jeff has offered to drive, so you can carpool with him.

Bruce Haslam & Heber Barker Set Up & Clean Up

June 3 Luncheon Set Up Following Heber Barker's Funeral at 11am  

• Immediately following the funeral, we will set up for the family luncheon

June 3 Luncheon Takedown and Clean 4:30pm

• Take down the tables and chairs from the luncheon

• Clean Up the Chapel, gym and bathrooms for funeral on Wednesday

June 5 Luncheon Set Up Following Bruce Haslam's Funeral at 11am  

• Immediately following the funeral, we will set up for the family luncheon

June 5 Luncheon Takedown 4:30pm

• Take down the tables and chairs from the luncheon
